Great car when I saw it for the first time I was overwhelmed with joy. Very minor blemishes you would expect for a car with 43k miles. Very happy with the F type V8 Jaguar purchase and Damir and the dealership for getting it shipped as timely as they could. It came from Florida to Wisconsin on a trailer and was still detailed inside and out.
Purchased a car worth $155K. You’d think they’d send the FOB so you can open your car. But they made it right!! Dealing with Da Vinci has been one of the smoothest transactions in my life! I’m in CA and they’re in Florida the time difference, what difference? They were there for me the entire way. Paperwork? Easier than dealing with local dealerships. These guys are wonderful, easy to deal with, easy to buy from, I got the pink slip in time. Cole and Louis were absolutely fantastic!! I've been looking for a gentle used Lucid DEP for the last 4 months. Aftrt a long drought, 2 showed up in Florida! Because I could not not physically come over to DaVinci dealership quickly to inspect the car. I relied on Cole and Louis. Pre-purchase service was fast, responsive, friendly and accurate. Deni was exceptional. I was considering two nearly identical Lucids from two dealers for nearly identical prices. Had it not been for Deni's service, I would have bought the other car from the competing dealer. The reason I didn't give Da Vinci Automotive five stars was because of the slow and troublesome Title service. This was not entirely Da Vinci's fault. CarMax, the previous owner, screwed up. Da Vinci finally made it right though with some considerable delay. Fantastic car!
